Return/Exchange Conditions:
Return or exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery. To ensure a smooth process, an unboxing video is mandatory at the time of opening the package. Please note that the product should be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging with all tags intact. Requests that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for return or exchange.
UNBOXING VIDEO is mandatory in case of any Return/Exchange request. It must be unused, unbroken, and with original packaging
Refunds:
Approved refunds for prepaid orders will be initiated once the returned product has been received and inspected. After approval, the refund amount will be credited back to the original mode of payment within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider’s processing timelines. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the product delivered was defective, damaged, or incorrect. In such cases, the full amount, including the shipping fee, will be refunded. We strive to ensure every customer experience is smooth and transparent, and our team will keep you informed throughout the refund process.
